Candis is celebrating a big birthday next Friday so Wally decided to throw her a surprise party last Saturday night. She sort of knew something was up when the whole family was home for the weekend but was still surprised when the big moment came. Wally invited a bunch of their friends from Fergus to the Red Horse Ranch for a dinner celebration (including steaks grilled by chef John) and we were all waiting when they came through the door. Since Candis was kind of expecting something she made sure to look really good each day-as you can see by her very classy attire.
Poor Candis never gets a "normal" picture with her boys. She probably doesn't even get too upset by it anymore... :)
Preston and Josiah represented the grandkids for the event. The other kids stayed home with 2 babysitters. The evening was quite relaxing thanks to the absent kids...
