what a week...

Last Sunday Timothy got quite a cold. He slept through church and spent the rest of the day on the couch sleeping and watching football. I've never seen a cold affect Timothy like that. usually they barely slow him down...little did I know it was just the beginning of an interesting week for us.

Josiah was in to the Dr for his 4 month check up (almost 18 lbs!) and we discovered he has broncho spasm. So, he has a nebulizer 4 times per day and he is NOT a fan.

Throughout the course of the week Luke, Hannah Josiah and I all developed the nasty cold that Timothy had. It starts with a high fever and cough, then moves to a nasal issue (we'll just put it like that so you avoid the gory details). I've been sick the longest -since Wednesday and thankfully the kids are SLOWLY coming through this. I was really hoping to make it to church today and I even got everyone ready. Then, I realized that Hannah still had a fever, Josiah and Luke are still goopy and I still do not feel good.

Here's Hannah all dressed up with nowhere to go.

We've been running the TV a lot since we've all been so sick. It's the only way that I can get a little rest and keep the boys from over-exerting themselves.

Josiah is still able to smile through all the yuck. Poor thing!

Will we EVER get better?????

We got to do the same nebulizer stuff with Little E over Christmas - FUN! We didn't have to hold it completely over his face though - it just blew into his face. Hope you all feel better soon.

We can totally relate!! Ike has had bronchitis 3X this past year and pneumonia once. Joey and Ike have the same nasty cold now and are both using the nebulizer. Not fun, but I'm glad we have it. Praying you guys get over this junk soon!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been sick! Most of our peds admissions at the hospital have been respiratory stuff, so I'm glad it didn't get as far as that for you. Hopefully everyone's on the mend soon!
