a day in the cities

We drove to Minneapolis yesterday so Grandpa could take the boys to Fargo after some meetings. We had some time to kill so we ate at the Rainforest Cafe. We've been there before but apparently Luke and Hannah were not prepared for the adventure. They were so scared of the apes and thunderstorms that they clung to us for most of the meal. They were very quiet and ate well so I guess it wasn't exactly a bad thing. Anyway, here's Luke by one of the big fish tanks.

Daddy decided to splurge and ordered the "Volcano" dessert - with a sparkler on top and everything. Pretty cool, huh?

Oh fun. I didn't know the boys are in Fargo. How long are they going to be there?

Hannah looks a little unsure about that sparkler on Adam's dessert. Cute.

Down to 2! We got to see the boys in church, too. Luke was helping himself to a few cookies. It was quite funny to watch! Will you be coming to town soon?

I need to check blogs more often... so much has happened. First of all, the volcano dessert looks amazing! I love the lip gloss on Hannah... she is a girly girl:) Taylor has started to enjoy playing with bracelets. I can't believe Timothy will be heading to kindergarten!!!! I'll be emailing you.. we're coming up for Ryan's wedding. I hope I can see you guys while I'm there but I'm not sure if you'll be in Fargo. Give hugs to everyone:)
