Busy Days in NC

What a busy few days we've had! Adam is doing a GREAT job keeping the boys happy and entertained. They've been to WalMart for groceries, on stroller rides, to the park, in the parking lot playing frisbee, in the tub...you name it and Adam will try it! What a fun daddy!

Hannah is doing pretty well. She has gained a couple of ounces which is very important now that she is only bottle feeding. The tube feedings let her rest and not burn any calories so she could just keep gaining weight. Now she has to gain weight in addition to burning all those calories. :) Miss Hannah IS getting bigger and you can see that her arms are too long for the preemie sleepers. Please continue to pray that Hannah will figure out the "suck swallow breathe" system that comes automatically for full-term babies. She forgets to breathe now and then which is obviously not a good thing. This (and the weight gain) will be the determining factor in when Hannah comes home.

At the end of the day today we went to Indian Lake. We got to get very close to some tame ducks and geese. Both boys thought it was pretty cool that the animals just followed us around. I think Adam will be taking the boys back again but will bring some bread!

Great pictures! Hannah looks wonderful in pink - I love her pink headband too. We were anxious to see tonight's pictures and get the update! We look forward to meeting Hannah.

p.s. Hugs to the boys!
